Do you see this film as being a trendsetter for more sports films in India?

Priyanka Chopra: I think when we made the movie we didn’t have any thoughts like that. We didn’t think of this as being a trendsetter or trendy or any setting any sort of trend. But for me personally, I do hope that if this movie ends up being business viable, if it makes money, if it’s commercially successful, which female films sometimes in India sometimes don’t get as the boys do I think it’ll change a lot of things for female leads. I am hoping for that. I mean we’ve done our best.

I don’t know what will happen but I don’t want to say that just because we’ve made a sports movie, we should just keep making sports movies.  Cinema is magic. What a director wants to make. It’s the medium of a director. He can want to make anything.

Omung Kumar: It would basically open up doors for people to experiment with this type of film at least.
