The undisputed king of R’n’B, Billboard magazine’s #1 R’n’B Vocalist of the last 25 years, and one of the most successful male vocalists of all time, just unveiled a brand new song ‘Feelin’ Single’. The 3 time Grammy winning vocalist, who has sold over 50 million albums worldwide, is all set to release his upcoming studio album ‘Write Me Back’, a follow-up to his gold-certified 10th studio album ‘Love Letters’, that was released in 2010, debuting at #6 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

‘Feelin’ Single’ is a mid-tempo classic R’n’B cut that’s pure R. Kelly. I love the fact that there’s no sign of the often irritating auto-tune or the occasional dubstep in whatever R. Kelly’s done so far. His smooth and flawless vocals are still as mesmerising as they were back in the day, when he unveiled his debut solo album ’12 Play’, and shot straight to #1 with his signature sexually charged single ‘Bump ‘N Grind’. With seasoned R’n’B veterans like Brandy, Monica and R. Kelly staying away from auto-tune, it’s good to see classic R’n’B/Soul making a comeback, especially at a time when smooth crooners of Soul like Usher are jumping on to the Electro-R’n’B bandwagon.
