EatStayChill travels from Kathmandu to Bandipur in Nepal, stopping by at Malekhu for fresh fish from the river that’s fried and sold with beer at dhabas dotting the village. From there we move on to Mugling the birthplace of the commercial Dal Bhaat (integral to Thakali cuisine ) and finally reaching the quaint and gorgeous Newari village of Bandipur.
